Our apartments are designed to offer comfort, warmth and peace, but what truly matters to us is the experience each person lives during their stay. The attention to detail, the care of the spaces, the availability, the small gestures and that feeling of always being welcome.

Born from love for hospitality.
Dominvs Rome was born almost by chance. There was no grand business plan, no idea of building something huge. We only had the desire to create something that was truly ours. Something into which we could pour ourselves, our time, our ideas and that drive to build that we'd been carrying inside for a long time.
So, almost without expectations, we stepped into the world of holiday rentals.
The first apartment was a leap into the unknown. Everything was new, everything had to be learned. But from the very first guests we understood that something special was happening. What at first looked like just a project was quietly becoming a real passion for hospitality.
We invested everything we had: time, energy, sacrifices, savings. Not for profit — which at the beginning was almost non-existent — but for the chance to create experiences capable of leaving something to the people arriving from every corner of the world.
And that's exactly where Dominvs Rome truly began to take shape.
Every day we tried to improve something: a warmer light, a more welcoming bed, an authentic tip about Rome, a small attention able to make someone feel less of a tourist and more at home.
Over time, we built our own way of hosting: made of details, care, and constant presence. We created procedures, studied every mistake, improved every small aspect to offer our guests not simply a stay, but a memory to carry with them.
Without realising it, we started to dream big.
We dreamed of the project that today has become Dominvs Rome. And we keep dreaming, every day, of something even bigger. Because we believe this is the very secret of hospitality: never stop imagining, improving and creating emotions.
For us, welcoming someone does not only mean handing over the keys to an apartment. It means making them feel expected, welcomed, cared for. It means giving them a small corner of serenity in the heart of Rome.
