These Terms govern the use of the website dominvsrome.it ("the Site") and the submission of information and booking enquiries via the contact form. Browsing the Site implies acceptance of these Terms.

1. Scope

The Site presents a curated selection of short-stay luxury apartments in Rome and provides a contact form for enquiries, availability and quotations. The Site does not conclude rental contracts: a booking is only finalised upon written confirmation by the Controller and acceptance of the specific commercial and contractual terms.

2. Enquiries via the contact form

• Site content is illustrative only and does not constitute a public offer pursuant to Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
• Apartment availability is verified case-by-case at the time of reply.
• The Controller reserves the right not to follow up on manifestly erroneous, fraudulent or unlawful enquiries.

3. Intellectual property

All Site content (texts, photographs, trademarks, logos, layouts) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written consent of the Controller is prohibited.

4. Liability

The Controller takes reasonable measures to ensure accuracy of the published content but is not liable for inaccuracies, typographical errors or service interruptions. Use of the Site is at the user's own risk.

5. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Controller is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such external sites.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer venue where applicable (Art. 66-bis Italian Consumer Code).

7. Changes

The Controller may amend these Terms at any time, with effect from publication on the Site.
