Allow the Site to remember choices made by the user (e.g. language, form pre-fill). Require consent.
3. Analytics cookies
Used in aggregated and/or anonymised form to collect information about Site usage. May be set by third parties. Require consent, except when assimilable to technical cookies (anonymised analytics with masked IP and no cross-referencing).

4. Marketing / profiling cookies
